Dietary Plans

Dietary follow up is a crucial aspect of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It involves checking up on your eating habits and making necessary changes to improve your health. The follow-up process helps to ensure that you stay on track with your dietary goals and make progress towards achieving them.

During the follow-up process, the doctor will evaluate your dietary habits and provide feedback on areas that need improvement. They may also suggest changes to your diet plan or recommend specific foods to include or avoid. The doctor will also help you set realistic goals and create a plan to achieve them.

We offer bi-weekly follow up but this also depends on the individual needs and goals. Some people may require weekly or monthly follow-up sessions, while others may only need to check in every few months. The follow-up schedule will be determined based on your progress and the complexity of your dietary needs.

We also conduct body composition measurement with Tanitas MC 780P to measure the resuts of the intervention as far as fat loss is concerned.

It is important to note that dietary follow-up is not a one-time event. It is an ongoing process that requires commitment and dedication. By regularly checking in with your nutritionist or dietitian, you can ensure that you are making progress towards your goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
